Heavy Trucks and Used Vehicle

  • Before vehicle delivery, we will perform a basic inspection and cleaning to ensure that major components are functioning properly. All vehicles are covered by the brand’s official warranty policy.
  • Used vehicles may exhibit normal wear and tear due to age and usage, which does not constitute a quality issue.
  • Upon vehicle pickup, customers must personally review the vehicle’s appearance, configuration, and accompanying documents. Delivery is considered complete upon signature.

Auto Parts

  • All parts are packaged and visually inspected before shipment to ensure they meet shipping standards.
  • If a part is damaged during shipping or is the wrong model, please contact customer service within 10 calendar days of receipt and provide supporting documentation such as photos or videos.
  • Damage caused by incorrect model selection, improper installation, or abnormal use is not covered by our after-sales service.

Return and Exchange Policy
