Delivery Scope and Delivery Mode

1，Vehicle Delivery (Heavy Trucks/Used Cars):

  • Port delivery: We safely deliver vehicles to designated core ports on the China-Mongolia and China-Russia borders, where you will pick them up at the ports.
  • Core service ports on the China-Mongolia border include Ganqimaodu, Erenhot, and Ceke (expanding along the 4,700-kilometer China-Mongolia border).
  • In Russia: Vehicles are delivered to core ports on the China-Russia border through our collaborative cross-border supply chain network (please contact customer service for details).

2，Auto Parts Delivery

  • Covering the entire territory of Russia and Mongolia, we offer flexible options for express delivery, dedicated land transport, or rail transport depending on the part type and destination.
  • Door-to-door delivery or port pickup are available (select your preferred method when placing your order).

Transportation Mode

1，Heavy Truck and Used Car Transportation:

  • We utilize a professional commercial vehicle fleet throughout the entire transportation process, with dedicated land transport routes directly to the border ports.
  • We offer customized transportation solutions based on vehicle conditions (such as enclosed trailers, anti-skid reinforcements, etc.).

2，Auto Parts Transportation

  • Small/Emergency Parts: International Express (DHL, FedEx, and other partner channels)
  • Large/Bulk Parts: Directly to the destination or designated port via China-Mongolia and China-Russia land lines or rail transport.
  • Branch offices at key ports offer temporary storage for parts, allowing you to pick up your goods on demand.

Port Service Support

To ensure efficient delivery, we have deployed service resources along key nodes along the 4,700-kilometer China-Mongolia border:

  • Efficient Customs Clearance: Branch offices at key China-Mongolia ports such as Ganqimaodu, Erenhot, and Ceke provide on-site assistance with customs clearance procedures, shortening customs clearance times.
  • Parts Supply: Ports maintain a stock of commonly used parts for quick replenishment or replacement.
  • Temporary Parking: Safe parking areas are provided upon arrival until your vehicle is ready for pickup.

Fees

1，Vehicle Transportation (Heavy Trucks/Used Cars):

  • Fees are calculated based on vehicle type, transportation distance, and destination port. Customer service will provide a quote.

2，Auto Parts Shipping：

  • Prices are based on weight, volume, and transportation method. Customer service will provide a quote.

2，In the event of shipping adjustments (such as route changes, temporary port restrictions, etc.), we will promptly notify you and negotiate a solution.

 Special Instructions

1，Shipping times are affected by factors such as weather, border policies, and traffic restrictions. Specific arrival times will be updated through real-time tracking.

2， In some remote areas of Mongolia and parts of Siberia, Russia, you may need to pick up your order at the nearest core port. Please contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order.

3，If you are unable to pick up your order in person, you may authorize someone to do so (authorization and proof of identity from both parties are required in advance).
